MAP_ERROR - calculates mapping error for a given set of radial sites and a given number of radials at each site. Usage: [uerr,verr] = map_error( radSitePositions, totalGrid, n1, n2 ... ) where radSitePositions is a Nx2 matrix with the longitude and latitude of the N radial sites. totalGrid is a Mx2 matrix with the longitude and latitude of the M total vector grid points. n1 and n2 are the number of radials at sites 1 and 2 for each grid point and time step (ie. as would be contained in radial_nums in a HFRC object). ... represents more sites - there should be the same number of sites are there are radSitePositions (ie. n1, n2, ..., nN). NOTE: This algorithm could be quite off for grid points very close to radial site as it assumes original radials were located exactly at the grid point, which is insignificant far away from radial site, but could be quite large close to the radar.
