 POLYFIT - Polynomial fitting for HFRC objects.

 Usage: [ P, S, MU ] = polyfit( hfrc, N )
        [ P, S, MU ] = polyfit( hfrc, N, vname )

 The first form performs a polyfit on each grid point of the HFRC
 object on the variables U and V.  In this case, P, S, and MU will be
 structures with U and V fields - the polynomials for these components.
 These fields will be gridPts x N matrices.  

 If vname is given, then it should be a string with the name of the
 individual variable to be fit.  In this case P, S and MU will just be

 This function takes out bad data when performing the fit.

 For removing the given polynomial from an HFRC object or generating an
 HFRC object with the trend see HFRC/polyval.
